聯盟簡介

「香港科技創新教育聯盟」旨在廣泛聯繫關心支持科技創新教育的社會各界人士，推動和引領香港科技創新教育發展，提昇學生對科學與技術的興趣，鞏固必要的知識基礎，培養學生的科學素養，為香港未來發展成國際創科中心，積累大批具創意並擁有綜合、協作和解難能力的科技人才。


Hong Kong STEM Education Alliance aims to liaise with people who support STEM education, promote and lead the development of STEM education in Hong Kong, enhance students’ interest in science and technology and strengthen students’ necessary knowledge. For the purpose of Hong Kong becoming an international innovation and technology center, the alliance trains a huge number of scientific and technological talents with creativity and comprehensive, collaborative and problem-solving skills.

LIAISING WITH EXPERTS & PEOPLE
聯繫與科技創新教育有關的學者、專家、校長、教師、學生、辦學團體、學校、企業等，共同推動本港的科技創新教育，為促進香港創科中心、以至產業多元化的發展儲備人才。

In order to promote STEM education in Hong Kong, the alliance liaises with experts, professionals, principals, teachers, students, sponsoring bodies, schools and enterprises related to STEM education. This aims to develop the innovation and technology center in Hong Kong and reserve talents for Industrial diversification.

舉辦各類科技創新活動
PROMOTING STEM ACTIVITIES
通過舉辦教師專業發展講座及培訓、設計教材及舉辦教師教學交流及考察團，讓先進科技理論、優質教材、成功經驗能夠應用到前線科技創新教師的日常教學工作中，協助教師推動本港的科技創新教育。

Through organizing seminars and training of professional development of teachers, designing teaching materials and holding education excursion and exchanges, the alliance aims to assist teachers in promoting STEM education in Hong Kong. Therefore, teachers can pass on their leading technology theories to students and educate with advanced teaching materials and successful experiences.

籌辦青年科技創新教育競賽
ORGANIZING STEM COMPETITION
籌辦青年科技創新教育競賽，培養年青一代對科學與技術的學習興趣，鼓勵投身創新科技產業，擴闊事業發展。

By organizing the youth STEM education competitions, the alliance purposes to cultivate teenagers’ interest in science and technology and encourage them to participate in the innovation and technology industry for broadening their career development.

CONDUCTING POLICY RESEARCH
進行有關科技創新教育的政策研究，向相關機構建言獻策，協助推動本港的科技創新教育。

For assisting the promotion of STEM education in Hong Kong, the alliance carries out the policy research on STEM education and advises the relevant organizations.

凡對於推動科技創新教育有興趣的教育界或相關企業人士／學校／團體，贊同本團體宗旨者均可申請成為本團體會員。

Affiliated Member: Any person/school/organization working in education or education-related industry, who is interested in promoting STEM education and agree our principles, is eligible for the application of member.
